5. Guarantees and Warranties
We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most services. If pests return during this period, we will re-treat at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to certain pest types or if recommended prevention measures are not followed.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services. Property access is granted at the owner's risk.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
